For the second time, ACSJ and HCSV is throwing our very own mobile blood drive event with SBC! Thanks to Humanist Community in Silicon Valley, we will be using Humanist House as our venue again. Together, along with other freethinking groups in the south bay like Sunday Assembly of Silicon Valley and Silicon Valley Skeptics, we hope to get the max 40 pints of blood for people in need. (Last time around we got 26 pints… we can top that!!)

Are you eligible to donate? Find out with
Stanford Blood Center. Remember, only 38% of people are eligible and of those only 10% do donate. So please, donate if you can.

Each donor will get a voucher from Baskin Robbins for a Pint of Ice Cream!

if using your phone, you may have to search for the event with zip code 95110. Or call 650-723-7831

There is an entrance to the parking lot right after the grove. Due to limited parking you may want to turn onto Aviation Avenue (just south of Humanist House) to park behind the building on the street.

If you can’t donate, but want to help, we could use a couple people to help set up and clean up Humanist House. Contact Lyn if you are interested. Also consider spreading the word to family and friends who may be eligible to donate.

~Thank you for volunteering with ACSJ. Our philanthropic efforts are meant to demonstrate that atheists care about our community. All volunteers are ACSJ representatives so it is essential to show respect and consideration for others, including those who may hold beliefs different than your own.
