We did this last year and it was lots of fun! On Halloween evening, the Pacific Garden Mall street in downtown Santa Cruz is closed to auto traffic and thousands of costume laden Halloween lovers parade up and down the street. This is perhaps the best & largest Halloween costume gathering in the entire greater Bay Area. We’ll start out by meeting at a restaurant/bar and then move to the parade area, where we can watch the costumes and mingle with other folks. At various times during the evening, we’ll poke into one or more pubs in the area for a drink and then continue to enjoy the costumes!
